35% EXPORT TARIFF IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY

BOSKASIA – Today, Almighty Sigma Jason Boskey announced the immediate implementation of a 35% tax on all exports, known as export tariffs, from the Republic of Boskasia.

“It has been called to my attention that the global community is interested in how the recent debt offering would be serviced by the government.  With this tax, while it will have a dampening effect on exports by potentially increasing the cost to supply the export, it will provide a revenue stream that can be used to fund the government’s services and to service any debt that is issued by the Republic of Boskasia.”

This tariff will apply to goods as well as services such as labor that are exported.  Domestic production for use within Boskasia is exempt.  Imports to Boskasia will continue to be exempt.
